Inhumans is a superhero comic series created by Marvel Comics.
The series follows a race of humans genetically engineered by the Kree: the Inhumans (Inhomo supremis). They are ruled by the House of Agon and the Genetic Council, led by their king, Black Bolt. Members of the Inhuman Royal Family include: Medusa, Karnak, Gorgon, Triton, Crystal, Maximus, and the teleporting canine Lockjaw. When exposed to Terrigen Mist, humans with secret Inhuman lineage undergo "Terrigenesis", activating their Inhuman genes.
